5. Complains: fatigue, increase of body temperature up to 38 centigrade, throat pain, increasing in swallowing. Duration of the symptoms – 2 days. Obj.: mucosa of the posterior pharyngeal wall and pillows is pink, palate tonsils are red, edematic, covered by yellow-white coats spreading from lacunas, easy to remove, with no spread out of the tonsils. Submandibular lymphonodes are tender in palpation.
